1. Services

Lynxwell Massage provides therapeutic massage and bodywork services intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness. Services are not a substitute for medical care.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

3. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing:

• Medical conditions

• Injuries

• Allergies

• Medications that may affect treatment

Lynxwell Massage reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk.

5. Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy is strictly therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.

6. Late Arrivals

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a price adjustment.

7. Liability

Lynxwell Massage is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from failure to disclose health conditions

• Lost or stolen personal items
